"I hate to say it but the reality is YOU must stop depending on others cause others are depending on you. That's right. Your friends, YOUR mom, your siblings, pets, coworkers, child(ren), partner, clients, and don't forget those lovely neighbors of yours. ALL OF THEM NEED YOU!"
I've said it before and I may just say it every time I write or make a video. I know you know but unless you're an active mom you really don't understand. It's crazy to always be depended on, but it's not unbearable. A friend of mine told me Sunday that God was only preparing me for all the people that were waiting on me. That was a hard pill to swallow but I knew it was the truth. All the conversations I have with the Most High...I guess it was just shocking that my boo knew and was confirming it. I won't lie though, it kind of made me swallow my pride and remember it's not about me. None of this life is about us as individuals, and this epiphany is what lead me to figure out how to balance it all. The first step is to surrender and know that you're fine even in that moment where all you want to do is escape - you can't, so breathe. If you smoke do that, if you drink do that. Don't over do it, but do you!
Look, you may feel some type of way because I said that, but the last thing I'm here to do is judge anyone. We all are seeking more peace, love, abundance, and joy. Who you are is who you are in my world; don't judge yourself and you won't be judged 😘 .
Now, moving forward, every mom has experienced those days where it seems like everything and everybody is having an off day and all you can do is go within and to God to find some peace. Well, get use to it-you'll be going there quite often. You'll also be coming to our events so that you can rejuvenate and have a good time! (That's what it's made for!) Regardless of us having our events, I hope that no one becomes dependent upon another. I hate to say it but the reality is YOU must stop depending on others cause others are depending on you. That's right. Your friends, YOUR mom, your siblings, pets, coworkers, child(ren), partner, clients, and don't forget those lovely neighbors of yours. ALL OF THEM NEED YOU! So as soon as you can accept that read on. Look, honestly, I don't even know why I said something about you accepting it. Even if you don't keep reading....
You're probably thinking that you didn't sign up for this but who did? Unless you're just as crazy as I am, you more than likely have not prayed for people to pour their hearts out to you. For you to become a healer and first heal yourself, than heal others. However, what I need you to understand is that you're loved and you're energy is, too. These people wouldn't want you around if you weren't the most amazing person on the fucking planet, so don't let it stress you. The least important thing to do is making time in your busy life to try and understand it all. The most important thing is learning to balance it all.
The best way to balance it all is to make sure your life contains SOS. The way to do this is to make sure you include self care, organization, and strategy in your everyday life. I guarantee you that if you create a life that contains SOS you'll have balance.
Some examples of self care are days out with other moms to taste exclusive wines from around the world chosen by wine experts. Come and see what it's all about with me at my first wine tasting. Because I'm a self care and self love expert I do all types of things so I've already scheduled a spa day for moms. There are limited spots so be sure to go check and see if you can still join us to get pampered, have good conversation, and enjoy complimentary swag bags. Another tactic is some alone time on an affordable weekend getaway. Blessings to you since I can provide all these things! I'm a certified travel agent so if alone time and a quick getaway is what you need be sure to fill out your travel form. Self care is just one element of balancing it all, but I've provided some advice on how you can get organized and be strategic, too.
To get organized you must be honest with yourself about each aspect of your life. Organization is dependent upon the individual, meaning no one can tell you how that looks, however, you can be held accountable. Before seeking external solutions I suggest that you first create a list that allows you to know what each aspect of your life contains. Your list should be categorized by these focuses: Spirituality, finances, physical state of being, mental health, emotional being/relationships, work, and Earthly duties. I know that everyone isn't ready to plant their feed in the dirt, rather that be walking in the garden shoeless or doing yoga outside, but Earthly duties are vital to your evolution babes. All of these things will bring about some perspective on how productive you need to be, how much of you is needed in each aspect of life, how to divide your time and energy, and your growth areas. Self awareness is a big piece of not just balancing it all but your overall success in life. Because I want everyone to be satisfied with their life I've created a document for you to download and use when you're ready to get organized so you don't have to worry about the small details. Your job now is to stay focused on the things that matter.
You're focused so you need to zoom in on your strategy. Life is all about strategy, dear. If you are ever going to obtain balance with work, your child(ren), your partner, entrepreneurship, and self care you must have a strategy. A strategy is a well thought out plan that is attainable, realistic, and necessary to get to your goal(s). This means you must know what your goals are and I will never tell you that your goals can't be reached. I don't care how complex they are. I will ask you clarifying questions to see if you have thought things through and I'll also give you ideas if I have them. However, in order to have a strategy you must know what it is you want to accomplish. Not to break a sweat, I have a downloadable worksheet for that, too. But first let me give you an example of what I mean when I say a strategy. If you are an aspiring business owner, your goal may be to start an online business regarding beauty, wellness, and lifestyle. One of your attainable goals for the month may be to let at least 100 people know about your business before your grand opening. This is only possible though if you have 100 people to talk to about your business. That means no matter if you contact people via email, text, call, or social media you'll reach your goal as long as you have 100 contacts. Unfortunately, if you don't have 100 contacts your goal is first to gather 100 contacts. Your strategy then would be to go places that you can meet people so that you may build relationships with them. With any relationship people start to share information about themselves and before you know it you'll have 100 contacts and 100 people to share the exciting news about your business with!
Even though some of this information is repetitive so is a lot of life. Which is why self care, organization, and strategy are vital so that you can balance it all.
If you know that you can have balance and need someone to assist you with holding yourself accountable, taking care of yourself, first, organization, or strategizing you can book me so that I can assist you here.
